Project Description
Working with a local developer, Brennan was contracted for the development of a site previously used as commercial for a residential development. This included all aspects of site prep including utilities installation, drainage and foundation preparation. Site finishing included retaining walls, sidewalks, curbing and paving.
With our value-add, problem solving approach, using our highly qualified surveyors, Brennan was able to provide suggestions as to layout and implementation of the project.
