Joe began his career at Brennan as project managers’ assistant and quickly showed his ability and dedication far exceeded his assignment. He has risen through the ranks and seen many facets of the construction business while working his way to his current position as Estimator and Project Manager. Joe has successfully worked on large-scale construction projects serving in both estimating and project management duties. His responsibilities include developing estimates, buy-out of materials, coordinating subcontractors, assisting in the scheduling of materials and resources to meet and expedite construction schedules.
