Matthew M. Brennan

Matt graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.  Matt heads up the utility operations division where services offered include the installation and replacement of existing underground utility infrastructure, design/build services, assisting utility partners in the development of projected costs for their capital budgets, trenchless technology solutions, and emergency repair and maintenance of infrastructure. Matt has managed Brennan’s role in the construction of some of CT’s largest utility projects including the Middletown to Norwalk 345-kv line for Eversource and the construction of PSEG’s 485 MW combined-cycle power plant in Bridgeport.  Under his guidance, the client list has grown to include many of the area’s major utilities including Aquarion Water, Regional Water Authority, CT Water, United Illuminating, Eversource, and PSEG.  His responsibilities include engineering, project management, estimating, and scheduling.
